Mimo up\u0142ywu czasu osiedle zachowa\u0142o swoje pierwotne za\u0142o\u017cenie. The colony was built by the Pozna\u0144 railway workers&#8217; cooperative &#8211; Spar- und Bauverein in the years 1913-18 as cheap apartments for railway workers. The architect of this project was probably Felix Haferkorn. or Hans Poelzig. At the moment, these are private houses, as well as the property of the cooperative. H. The houses are designed to accommodate everything needed for living in a small space, and even Ka\u0142ek of a garden from 60 to 100 square meters where workers could grow their small vegetable garden.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-full\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"763\" height=\"800\" src=\"http:\/\/okrok.fun\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/02\/IMG_2624.jpg\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-551\" srcset=\"http:\/\/okrok.fun\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/02\/IMG_2624.jpg 763w, http:\/\/okrok.fun\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/02\/IMG_2624-286x300.jpg 286w, http:\/\/okrok.fun\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/02\/IMG_2624-300x315.jpg 300w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 763px) 100vw, 763px\" \/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p>Pozna\u0144ska Wilda is a working-class district. It is here that Hipolit Cegielski located his plants and here entire workers&#8217; housing estates were built. The houses are intertwined with factory buildings. The street of June 28, 1956 is the main artery of this district, but it is enough to go through the arched gate at number 251 to find yourself in a different era. If not for the modern cars parked in front of our houses, we would have the impression that we have moved back in time. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-full\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"637\" height=\"900\" src=\"http:\/\/okrok.fun\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/02\/IMG_2626.jpg\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-552\" srcset=\"http:\/\/okrok.fun\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/02\/IMG_2626.jpg 637w, http:\/\/okrok.fun\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/02\/IMG_2626-212x300.jpg 212w, http:\/\/okrok.fun\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/02\/IMG_2626-300x424.jpg 300w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 637px) 100vw, 637px\" \/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p>This gate of a green tenement house is such a door to Narnia. Suddenly we find ourselves in the middle of a small estate among interesting brick houses with small gardens and arched doors. Despite the passage of time, the estate has retained its original layout. Unfortunately, the color is not so uniform anymore. Each resident tries to beautify his home according to his own taste. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-full\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"431\" height=\"800\" src=\"http:\/\/okrok.fun\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/02\/IMG_2628.jpg\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-553\" srcset=\"http:\/\/okrok.fun\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/02\/IMG_2628.jpg 431w, http:\/\/okrok.fun\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/02\/IMG_2628-162x300.jpg 162w, http:\/\/okrok.fun\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/02\/IMG_2628-300x557.jpg 300w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 431px) 100vw, 431px\" \/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p>Many modifications were made inside the apartments, which does not change the fact that the charm of this small enclave remains unchanged.
