Co wi\u0119cej \u2013 pracuje mieli m\u0105k\u0119 i c\u00f3\u017c z tego, \u017ce z zewn\u0105trz nie prezentuje si\u0119 okazale, ale ma wspania\u0142e wn\u0119trze, histori\u0119 i dusz\u0119, a jest ni\u0105 pan Andrzej \u2013 m\u0142ynarz z Dzier\u017cnicy. Where does the bread come from? Simple. You can buy it in a store or in a bakery, beautifully packed in a sealed bag. You don’t even know if it smells and what it smells like? Everyone eats it every day, and wherever they have time to do some research, who cares about it. You eat bread and that’s it! Bread is the end product. At the beginning there is flour, and there is a windmill in the small village of Dzier\u017cnica. So so. It is unobtrusive. It stands close to the road, among fields covered with Obornicka or corrugated steel, gray and unremarkable. Set on a foundation with a window, it looks as if someone had placed a windmill on a small house. So we hang around, take pictures, and look at the window. Nothing’s empty. A barely legible note 'I’m at home’ hangs on the old door. Great. It’s Sunday. Silence, the meadows smell, the wind swings the green ears of cereals, the larks are singing.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Suddenly, a man appeared in a nearby farmyard.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

– Coming soon! A guy shouted loudly.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

To whom? We look around. We’re only here. Maybe take your legs under the belt?<\/p>\n\n\n\n

After a while, on the path leading through the field, the figure of an old man walking towards the windmill smiling at us appeared. He has a large key in his hand. So there is a chance to go inside. It also happened. Mr. Andrzej invited us inside, he opened to us the world of milling. He passionately presented the history of the post windmill, which was built in 1884. It originally stood a little further in the field, but in 1962 it was moved entirely to its present location. In an effort, a windmill drove a few meters across the field on oak logs. It stands intact to this day. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

What’s more – they had flour, and what of the fact that it does not look great from the outside, but has a wonderful interior, history and soul, and that is Mr. Andrzej – a miller from Dzier\u017cnica.
